Mr. Davis was born and raised in Midland, Texas.

After studying Russian and Polish in the former Soviet Union and Poland, and graduation from Texas A&M University, Mr. Davis attended Baylor Law School. He was admitted to practice in 1984, and since August of that year has lived and worked in San Angelo.

A significant amount of Mr. Davis’ legal practice involves representation of banks and credit unions across west and central Texas. His work includes responding to day-to-day account questions, collections, foreclosures, bankruptcy, litigation, and loan work-outs.

His work also regularly includes representation of landowners in surface protection and oil and gas related matters, including drafting of surface damage agreements, easements and oil and gas leases.

Mr. Davis additionally provides assistance to local businesses in transactional and collections work.

Since arriving in San Angelo, Mr. Davis has been active in the community, serving on various charitable boards.
